ph766 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings arising from:

• Technical failures, platform downtime, or service interruptions not caused by ph766's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Loss of profits from games that were affected by technical errors where the affected bets have been refunded in full.
